0->1 • Platform Integration
Drove the 0→1 design of HealthGuard, the first wellness experience on Toyota’s connected vehicle platform. Worked around data access constraints to integrate Garmin wearable data, and launched in 6 months on a platform of 200K+ vehicles.
Cross-Device Flows • Multimodal Design
Owned the cross-device file transfer between a companion app and a head unit, keeping it consistent across both devices and easy to follow, even after a scope cut. Designed head unit map tools that work through hard keys while the touchscreen locks in motion.
Concept Definition • AI-Assisted Synthesis
Ran 9 in-person interviews recruited from 165 survey responses, used an LLM to cluster the findings, and audited its groupings. The insights became 6 business-informed design opportunities.
